Every class generates anonymized data in our software — what was taught, what worked, and where students needed more support. We use it to coach our teachers between sessions and send parents an after report, so everyone sees the same picture of how their child is progressing.
Lando teacher checks in at your office 20 minutes before class, ready to greet students at the door. We intentionally overstaff each region, so if someone's delayed, a vetted, Lando-trained substitute is already nearby. That's how we hit 100% on-time across 8,500+ class sessions last year.
