Becoming a great teacher is a journey, and we're here to support you through it. Every teacher gets feedback after every class, with a published promotion ladder from day one to top of band.

How the coaching works.

Three things happen on repeat. You don't have to ask for them.

You teach the class.

A coach is in the room with you — weekly in your first term, then regularly after. Plus short video review on the side.

Same‑day debrief.

Immediately after class, Lando sends a written debrief; what worked and what to improve for next class.

Monthly review cycle.

Promotions happen once a month. Schedule office hours with our lead teachers to level up your skills in the classroom.

    Confidently leading a full class independently.

    Leading our biggest classes and mentoring new teachers at the region level.

  4. $55/hr
    Year 2+
    Level IV

    A standout teacher students remember and parents ask for.

  5. $60/hr
    Top of band
    Level V

    A community leader who helps set the bar for what a Lando class can be.
